About me

Hi,

At the heart of my approach is active collaboration. I believe that every individual’s experience is unique, and so is their path to healing. I offer a personalised approach tailored to your needs.

I'm an Integrative Counsellor, which means that I use a combination of techniques and theories to find what works best for you.

My career began in HR, where I developed a deep understanding of workplace dynamics, stress, and personal wellbeing. Having worked with individuals across various backgrounds and emotional struggles, it was here that I cultivated a passion for helping others navigate difficult situations with empathy and care.

With a wealth of experience in HR and mental health, I offer a unique perspective, blending practical understanding with emotional insight. Whether you’re dealing with relationship issues, work stress, anxiety, or personal challenges, I am here to support you every step of the way. Here’s how I will work with you:

  • Meeting you where you are: I will meet you at your current stage in your journey, understanding that everyone’s pace is different.
  • Tailored to your needs: Together, we’ll create a plan that reflects your personal goals and circumstances. Each session is tailored to what you need, using a combination of techniques and theories to find what works best for you and ensuring you feel comfortable, supported, and empowered.
  • Listening to your experience: Your voice matters. I will listen carefully to your knowledge and experiences, while also providing valuable insights through psychoeducation when appropriate, helping you make informed decisions.
  • Working at your pace: There is no rush in the process. I work at a pace that suits you, ensuring that the journey feels manageable and respectful of your emotional space.
  • One to one sessions in person or online.

Together, we’ll create a supportive environment where you feel safe to explore, grow, and move forward.

I very much look forward to meeting with you and working together
