Hello and welcome. My name is Rebecca Nia and together with my husband David Nia we have created Nia Counselling, our own private practice.
We are based in a small town inbetween Blackpool and Preston, which means that we can see clients across a large area.
We are both fully qualified counsellors, passionate about offering a high standard of tailor-made therapy to all clients.
We realise it can be difficult to make the leap to contact a therapist, so please contact either of us to ask any questions, you can also arrange a free, no obligation phone consultation to either David or myself, so that you can get more of a sense of who we are and if you feel either of us would be a good fit for your current needs.
At Nia Counselling you have a choice of working with either David or myself, depending on your choice and unique needs.
There is no issue too big or small for therapy. If you feel that you just need to explore a singular concern, or you have more complex needs, Nia Counselling are here to help support you through it.
Therapy can help by exploring your thoughts and feelings and discover, focus and work on your goals for the future. The aim being to improve your relationship with yourself, raise self-awareness and resilience.
We can offer you a warm, safe, confidential non judgemental space, in which you can explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace. We can offer tools and techniques that may help you to understand yourself more and improve and challenge particular ways of thinking and behaving.
Rebecca currently sees clients on a One to One basis.
David currently sees both individual and couples.
