About me
I believe counselling offers a space where you can talk openly and be truly heard. In everyday life, even well-meaning people can struggle to listen without judgement or get caught up in their own views. Therapy gives you a space that is just for you, where your experiences can be explored clearly and safely.
Listening deeply is central to how I work. I aim to create a calm, non-judgemental space where you can reflect honestly, feel validated, and make sense of what matters to you. Your thoughts, feelings, and perspectives are important, and I work alongside you to explore them at your pace.
I work pluralistically, shaping therapy around your needs rather than following a single approach. I’m particularly interested in patterns, relationships and the beliefs people hold about themselves and others. Together, we can explore whether these beliefs still serve you and what choices might feel right for your life.
The relationship between client and therapist is the most important part of therapy. My goal is for you to feel understood, supported, and clearer after our sessions.
If you’re considering therapy, I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation so we can connect and see whether working together feels like a good fit.
