About me
I'm a trauma informed, integrative counsellor, here to help you navigate life's challenges. Trauma and emotional stress can effect your mental, emotional and physical wellbeing, and I use a range of approaches to support you through this.
My sessions are calm, supportive and empathetic, designed to help ease anxiety, reduce depression and improve emotional wellbeing.
I work with issues such as anxiety, depression bereavement, stress and trauma, tailoring each session to your individual needs.
My office is private, with a car park near by and walking distance from the bus station, and sessions are offered at a reasonable cost to ensure support is available to those who need it.

Member organisations

Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
The National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society This Not For Profit association of counsellors and psychotherapists aim to support the counselling profession, members and training organisations. In 2013 the NCS register was accredited by the Professional Standards Authority under the Accredited Voluntary Register Scheme. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

I have a relaxed non-judgemental approach to this work, I adapt to the clients needs so it will be a tailored treatment specifically for you, I feel this is essential to good counselling/therapy as we all have our own needs.
The building I work in has free parking, with security, my office is on the ground floor but very private and quiet, perfect for good effective counselling/therapy
