About me

I am a counsellor who specialises in the traumatic effects of cancer, and other traumas. I have experience working with people affected by cancer. Whether that's going through or gone through treatment, terminal cancer and bereavement. I also work with carers and family members.

In my experience there are often other traumas and stresses which during this time that could add to your anxiety or depression. This is understandable and a natural response that causes feelings of isolation and hopelessness,  that can lead to so many other issues.

I offer a empathetic, genuine, safe and confidential space to use a variety of different techniques to help you empower yourself to gain some much needed relief on your healing journey

In such a demanding situation that can cause mood changes, loss of sleep, weight gain/loss and low self-esteem. I believe that working together we can achieve a way forward with more clarity with effective coping strategies to gain control over your life.
