About me
I am a trauma informed integrative counsellor. I have been trained in a variety of different techniques to help with the effects of trauma, these can have such a negative impact on your life in a emotional, mental and physical way.
My approach is calm, supportive and empathetic this is designed to enhance emotional wellbeing, ease anxiety and lower depression.
I work with a variety of different issues from anxiety, depression, bereavement, stress and trauma among others.
I work at at a reasonable cost, with free parking on a ground floor with wheelchair access to the rear of the building, in a private office to ensure confidentiality.

The building I work in has free parking, with security, my office is on the ground floor but very private and quiet, perfect for good effective counselling/therapy
