About me

Are you struggling with sexual behaviours that feel out of control?

Perhaps you’ve tried to stop watching pornography, engaging in affairs, or other sexual behaviours, but find yourself caught in a cycle of secrecy, guilt or shame. These struggles can deeply affect your relationships, confidence and sense of identity - but you don’t have to face them on your own. Real, lasting change is possible.

I work with adults across London and beyond who are experiencing Compulsive Sexual Behaviour Disorder (CSBD), including:

  • Pornography addiction
  • Infidelity and secretive sexual behaviours
  • Difficulties with intimacy or commitment
  • Dual addictions (for example, sex and substances) chemsex

Whether you’re feeling anxious, ashamed, or simply stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, therapy can offer a safe, non-judgemental space to understand what’s driving these behaviours and help you reclaim your life.

My Approach

I offer a compassionate, confidential and evidence-based approach, grounded in trauma-theory and psychodynamic principles. Together, we’ll explore the emotional and psychological roots of these patterns - not just the surface behaviours- and work towards building healthier, more connected ways of living and relating.

Recovery isn’t about willpower. It’s about understanding, healing, and choice.

Why Work With Me

This work is deeply personal to me. After completing my own 28-day residential rehab programme, I dedicated my career to helping others navigate addiction and recovery.

I founded the London Centre for Addictions, where I provide specialist treatment for sex, porn and substance misuse both in person in London and online across the UK.

I’ve trained with two pioneers in this field:

Dr Thaddeus Birchard, a leading UK expert in sex addiction treatment.
Dr Alex Katehakis, an international authority on CSBD and trauma.

Through their mentorship, I developed the Integrative Approach for Treating Sex Addiction (IATSA) a model combining neuroscience, trauma therapy and relational work to support long-term recovery.

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
