About me

I’ve been a counsellor since 2007, and I’m passionate about making therapy truly accessible to everyone. Reaching out for support can feel daunting, but talking to someone who genuinely listens can transform the whole experience.

I’m an Integrative Therapist, drawing on a range of therapeutic approaches so sessions flow naturally based on what you need in the moment. There’s no rigid structure or forced techniques, just a collaborative space where you can explore what’s going on for you at your own pace. Together, we’ll look at patterns, beliefs and experiences that may be holding you back, and work towards building confidence, clarity and emotional wellbeing.

Who I Support

I specialise in working with:

  • Addiction – including substances, sex, and gambling
  • Pornography-related concerns and the impact on relationships, self-esteem and intimacy
  • Sex industry professionals and content creators (including OnlyFans creators, escorts, cam models and adult performers)
  • Sexual abuse and trauma survivors
  • Mental health challenges, anxiety, and self-worth struggles
  • Young people and young adults

Members of the Armed Forces Community and areas that may have affected their Mental Health

My general areas of work cover

  • Mental Health
  • OCD
  • Anxiety
  • Depression
  • WorkPlace Issues

My approach is grounded in compassion, intuition and honesty. I aim to create a safe, non-judgemental space, especially for people who may have felt stigmatised or misunderstood when seeking help elsewhere. I’m LGBTQIA+ affirming, kink-aware and committed to working in a sex-positive and shame-free way.

How We Can Work Together

I offer online counselling, making support accessible wherever you are and on your terms. For those who prefer in-person sessions, I offer face-to-face appointments in Monmouth or Chepstow.

Therapy should enrich your life, not add pressure to it. It’s about helping you make empowered choices, feel more at home in yourself, and reduce the weight of past experiences so your future feels more hopeful and within reach.

If you’re unsure what type of support you need, I’m here to guide you in exploring the right path for you. The therapeutic relationship should feel right, and you deserve a space where you can show up as your true self and feel safe doing so.

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
