About me

Sometimes it can be daunting to talk about your feelings and concerns, especially to a therapist. This gradually gets easier with time. People from various backgrounds have found therapy to be a very helpful and positive experience. Therapy can help people to develop their own inner strength. This can be highly empowering for individuals to face their concerns or take steps towards making life-enhancing changes.

About Me:
I am a Chartered Counselling Psychologist based in London SE1. I specialise working therapeutically with a wide range of emotional and behavioural issues and difficulties.

What I offer:
I provide confidential online counselling and psychotherapy to individuals age 18 and over. Therapy can be on a short term, long term, or open ended basis.

I am also registered with the following Private Health Insurance Companies to provide Counselling or Psychotherapy:

  • Allianz, Aviva, AXA Health, Bupa Global, Cigna, and WPA. I also provide psychological therapies for Occupational Health Services and Rehabilitation Organisations.

How I practice:
My main way of working is integratively, whereby I draw upon various approaches and techniques to empower individuals to face and overcome their difficulties. This approach is tailored specifically to suit the needs of the individual. I also provide Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Psychodynamic Therapy.

During therapy, we'll work together towards helping you identify and gain insight into your current concerns. I offer a safe, non-judgemental, compassionate environment for you to feel at ease in order to do this. As you progress through therapy, you will gain deepened self-awareness and self-understanding. This may be through discovering different ways of thinking about your issues and difficulties. Together, we will help you to find new ways of dealing with painful feelings, situations and problems.
