About me
I am a trained existential psychotherapist practicing in London; I am currently working at the Dilemma Consultancy, and in my private clinic in North West London. I am also currently working with a number of Cancer support charities (Paul’s Cancer Support Centre, Breath Cancer Haven).
In my doctorate research project, I explored the lived experience of the bi-rooted migrant as such focused on themes such as migration, identity, home, belonging, transitions and choices.
I believe that every change in life may challenge our sense of self-rootedness and as such this research is relevant to many experiences of change or desire to change.
I am particularly interested in existential themes relating to experiences which confront us with our freedom of choice, our life choices and circumstances in past, present and future, and the growth it entails when we take ownership of it.

The UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) is a leading professional body for the education, training and regulation of psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors. Its register is accredited by the government's Professional Standards Authority.
As part of its commitment to protect the public, it works to improve access to psychotherapy, to support and disseminate research, to improve standards and to respond effectively to complaints against its members.
UKCP standards cover the range of different psychotherapies. Registration is obtained by training or accrediting with one of its member organisations, or by holding a European Certificate in Psychotherapy. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
