Morag Borszcz Accredited and experienced counsellor MBACP Accred
I am a warm, open, person centred counsellor. I provide counselling and psychotherapy to individuals and offer supervision to counsellors and other helping professionals.
My approach is based on the dynamic work of Carl Rogers and I work in a holistic and non-directive way. I aim to provide a non-judgmental and safe space for you to explore your issues and to develop understanding. This in turn leads to the possibility of deep and lasting change.
Over the past twelve years I have helped many clients develop greater self-awareness and kindness towards themselves, overcoming a variety of issues including:
- anxiety and depression
- attachment and childhood issues
- bereavement and loss
- relationship issues
- peri-natal issues
- sexual and domestic abuse
- trauma and dissociation
- work related difficulties
- low self confidence and self esteem
Therapy and supervision are collaborative endeavours for me. Research repeatedly demonstrates that it is the quality of relationship that is the most potent factor in facilitating change. I fully believe that and I am up for open, honest relationships with my clients and supervisees.
