About me
Welcome to my psychotherapy private practice. I provide a supportive, non-judgmental space where individuals and couples can explore their challenges and work toward meaningful change. I specialise in helping people who struggle with anxiety and those suffering from Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), offering tailored approaches that foster understanding, relief, and resilience. In addition to individual therapy, I work with couples to improve communication, rebuild connection, and navigate relationship difficulties with compassion and clarity. Whether you're dealing with overwhelming thoughts, relationship strain, or seeking a deeper understanding of yourself, I’m here to support you on your journey toward healing and growth.
Training, qualifications & experience
I hold a Master’s degree in Integrative Psychotherapy from Middlesex University, following seven years of in-depth training. My clinical training was completed at the highly respected Bath Centre for Psychotherapy and Counselling (BCPC), where I developed a strong foundation in relational and humanistic approaches to therapy.
I have over six years of experience in private clinical practice, working with a wide range of individuals from diverse backgrounds, ethnicities, and walks of life. This breadth of experience has deepened my understanding of the many different ways people experience and navigate psychological distress.
Alongside my individual work, I have undertaken additional specialist training in couples therapy, equipping me with the skills to help couples explore their relationship dynamics and find meaningful ways forward together.
My Master’s dissertation focused on the development and treatment of Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) and the impact of attachment disturbances - an area that continues to inform and enrich my therapeutic work today.
Member organisations
school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.

The UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) is a leading professional body for the education, training and regulation of psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors. Its register is accredited by the government's Professional Standards Authority.
As part of its commitment to protect the public, it works to improve access to psychotherapy, to support and disseminate research, to improve standards and to respond effectively to complaints against its members.
UKCP standards cover the range of different psychotherapies. Registration is obtained by training or accrediting with one of its member organisations, or by holding a European Certificate in Psychotherapy. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
Accredited register membership

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
