Hello, I am a fully qualified integrative person - centred therapist, which means I use a range of counselling techniques and approaches to suit your needs. I offer a safe, supportive and confidential relationship that enables my clients to feel listened to, accepted and understood.
Life is often difficult or complex, the causes of our problems can evolve due to many factors. You may feel anxious, lonely, powerless or frustrated. You may be feeling unhappy, wanting to change but finding it difficult to connect with yourself or others. Are these issues holding you back from living a fulfilling or significant life?
Together, we will explore present day issues that are troubling you. Working at your pace, we will find a better way of coping, find a new direction and make more positive choices for your life.
