About me

Finding a therapist can be an overwhelming experience, particularly if you are in a state of pain and confusion. I believe there is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy and the most important element is the relationship between client and therapist. I strive to provide a safe, non-judgemental space where you can feel comfortable to speak freely and openly, developing self-compassion as we work together towards authenticity and healing. Therapy is a place for you to build trust, connection and understand yourself on a deeper level.

As an NHS trained and experienced Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) psychotherapist, I utilise evidence based practices, supporting my clients to challenge and overcome unhelpful patterns of thinking, behaviour and self-limiting beliefs. I also draw on a number of additional therapeutic and philosophical frameworks in my practice. I offer both short and long-term therapy and have extensive experience working with a range of mental health issues of varying complexity, gained through nearly a decade of practice as a qualified mental health professional within the NHS.

Additionally, I have experience supporting people living through spiritual or existential crises and non-ordinary states of consciousness. I can offer therapeutic guidance to those hoping to make sense of these experiences and integrate them into daily life, either during the unfolding process or in retrospect.

If you would like to discuss in more detail how we might be able to work together, please do not hesitate to contact me for a free 15 minute introductory call.
