Integrative counsellor Dip. MNCPS

About me

Therapy for people who are tired of pretending they’re okay.

I’m an integrative counsellor and psychotherapist, which means I draw from more than one therapeutic modality to meet you as a whole person. I work actively in sessions — offering reflections, tools, and practical skills you can use outside the room — while keeping the work grounded in a warm, relational approach.

I specialise in supporting people who carry shame, secrets, or parts of their story they’ve never said out loud. Many therapists say they’re non‑judgemental, but clients who’ve lived through complicated or “taboo” experiences can tell when someone actually gets it. My own life has had its complex chapters, and it’s shaped my capacity to sit with other people’s truth without flinching. You don’t need perfect words here; you don’t need to perform. You get to be human.

I help clients with anxiety, depression, rumination, relationship difficulties, identity questions, and the emotional weight that comes from holding everything together for too long. I offer a steady, honest space where nothing is “too much” and nothing needs to be hidden.
