About me
I am a Psychologist and BABCP Accredited Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner (PWP), currently working within the UK National Health Service (NHS).
I offer online psychological support to adults experiencing difficulties such as anxiety, panic attacks, social anxiety, generalised anxiety, low mood, depression, stress, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties and life transitions.
My therapeutic approach is primarily informed by Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and is adapted to the individual needs, goals and circumstances of each person. I believe that therapy should provide a safe, supportive and non-judgemental space where you can explore your difficulties, better understand your thoughts, emotions and behaviours, and develop practical strategies to manage everyday challenges.
I work collaboratively with my clients, with empathy, respect and evidence-based practice at the centre of our sessions. My aim is to help you develop greater self-understanding, confidence, psychological flexibility and a better quality of life.
Sessions are available online in both Greek and English.
