About me

Hello, I'm Melissa or Milly, if you prefer. I am an experienced integrative counsellor dedicated to helping clients uncover and embrace their true selves. With a compassionate and non-judgmental approach, I create a safe space where clients feel empowered to explore their thoughts, feelings, and identities at their own pace.

Blending various therapeutic techniques, I tailor sessions to each individual’s unique needs, creating a supportive environment for self-discovery, healing, and growth. Whether navigating life’s challenges or deepening personal insight, my goal is to support each client towards a fulfilling and authentic life in alignment with their core values.

Specializations:

Integrative, tailored approach
Safe, welcoming, and non-judgmental space
Focus on self-discovery, personal growth, and authentic living
Support for a range of issues, including anxiety, depression, and self-esteem

Training, qualifications & experience

I started my journey on my level 2 counselling skills and worked towards integrative counselling, which utilises tools from different therapies to create a tailored counselling experience for each individual. I have also pursued a Post Graduate Certificate in Education to teach future counsellors and also how to better share psychoeducational information.
