About me
Hello, I am a psychotherapist, supporting people with a wide range of difficulties. I work in both private practice and within the NHS, providing cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), EMDR, couples therapy and supervision for therapists. I combine evidence-based techniques with a compassionate, person-centred approach.
I can support you through providing effective treatment for a range of difficulties, including anxiety, OCD, phobias, depression, trauma responses (including PTSD), and long standing issues with self esteem.
I am a fully qualified couples therapist, dedicated to supporting partners as they work through challenging dynamics and strive to strengthen their relationships. My couples therapy sessions provide a safe, non-judgemental environment where each partner is encouraged to express their thoughts and feelings openly. I support couples to develop healthier communication styles, resolve conflicts constructively, and rebuild trust where it has been damaged. Whether you are facing ongoing disagreements, difficulties with intimacy, or navigating significant life changes together, I tailor each session to address your unique needs and goals as a couple.
I also hold specialist qualifications as an EMDR therapist, offering effective treatment for trauma and childhood relational difficulties.
I offer a free 20 minute introductory call / initial consultation.

Member organisations
school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
The BABCP is the lead organisation for Cognitive Behavioural Therapy in the UK. Membership is open to anyone with an interest in the practice, theory or development of CBT. BABCP also provides accreditation for CBT therapists. BABCP accredited members adhere to the Standards of Conduct, Performance and Ethics in the Practice of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies, and are willing to be scrutinised in this adherence as required.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
