About me
Inclusive Counselling & Psychotherapy is a private counselling service, offering personal care that is individually tailored for you, located in Sleaford, with easy public transport access and public car parking opposite the premises.
I am a qualified, registered and insured counsellor, who can offer face to face, short or long term care for adults. Our sessions together will be confidential and ethically safe.
I consider myself a professional, approachable and warm person, who can empathise and deeply understand the complexities of another's world, whilst offering acceptance, calm, support and wisdom in times of turmoil, confusion, loneliness and searching.
As so many people find, there can be many up’s and down’s in life, some positive and straight forward, others more difficult and emotionally exhausting, isolating and complicated. Managing alone in these times of crisis and distress can prove frightening and overwhelming, and seeking support in these times can also feel like a big step forward. Allow me to assure you that once you have decided to work with me, you will be offered a safe, calm, non-judgemental and supportive environment to freely explore your thoughts, emotions and physical experiencing, and all at a pace that you feel is comfortable. My aim is to support you in developing a deeper understanding of how previous life experiences (or relationships) have consciously or subconsciously influenced choices made in the past, and affected your life in the present. I will support you on your journey, during the highs and the lows, and encourage you as you explore and discover more positive and rewarding strategies for living a more happy, balanced and contented life. My style of working helps to build a trusting relationship where clients can be honest and open and supports a depth of work where lasting change can be found. Whether you are 18 or 80 it is never too late to invite change or create a different life story.
