About me
You may be feeling out of place, pulled between different parts of your life or unsure where you truly belong. Perhaps you are balancing your own needs with family or cultural expectations, adjusting to change or carrying a quiet sense that something doesn't quite fit.
I offer a warm, supportive space where you can slow down and explore what's going on for you. I work with people navigating identity, belonging grief and life transitions. This might include feeling between cultures, struggling with expectations or making sense of loss, whether through bereavement, relationship endings or changes in life direction.
My approach is pluralistic, which means I work collaboratively and adapt therapy to suit you. There is no one "right" way to do therapy we can find an approach that feels helpful and meaningful to you.
I was born in Kenya, of South Asian heritage and now live in London. My background shapes my understanding of identity, culture and the experience of living in a diverse cities. You don't need to have everything figured our before starting therapy, we will begin wherever you are.
