About me

What I can offer

Are you experiencing challenges that have been with you so long it feels hopeless to confront them? Are you feeling down or anxious about circumstances that seem out of your control?

Together, we will develop models and draw on theories to explore your specific goals and apply principles that will establish a clear pathway to rediscovering your needs. I offer a compassionate, non-judgmental environment to facilitate thought provoking discussions and help empower you to take back your quality of life. Through the integration of techniques, we will open discussions and unravel untapped beliefs to help you transition towards your values.
