About me

How often do you find a space that truly feels like your own? You’ve already taken the first courageous step by recognizing the need for that space and time—just for you.

In our sessions together, we’ll embark on a journey of self-discovery, where you can explore what has been holding you back, work through painful memories, and gain a deeper understanding of yourself. You are the expert in your own life, and I am here alongside you, offering guidance and support every step of the way.

My approach is integrative and tailored to your unique needs. Drawing from Intersectional, Liberatory, Psychodynamic, Existential, and Person-Centred therapies, I believe that a trusting therapeutic relationship is at the heart of meaningful work. I also incorporate tools from Narrative Therapy, DBT, and creative approaches, focusing on helping you make sense of your experiences and how they shape your present life.

I pay close attention to the impact of societal norms and power structures on our lives, striving to create a space where we can openly discuss differences, power dynamics, and their influence on your well-being. Together, we will not only explore these complexities but also find practical tools to help you make the changes you seek.

As an Integrative Therapist, I believe that one size does not fit all. My own journey navigating restrictive labels has fueled my passion for offering a space free from limiting expectations. As we get to know each other, I will introduce various therapeutic tools, and together, we will discover what works best for you.

Training, qualifications & experience

I hold an MSc in Integrative Psychotherapy from the Metanoia Institute and bring over a decade of experience in mental health. Throughout my career, I have worked with individuals facing a wide range of mental health challenges, both diagnosed and undiagnosed, as well as those navigating trauma, LGBTQIA+ identities, sexuality, relationship difficulties, and bereavement, among other issues.
