About me

If you’re feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or stuck in your own head, you’re not alone and you don’t have to keep pushing through it on your own. You might be dealing with constant worry, low mood, burnout, or feeling like you’ve lost your confidence. Maybe your mind doesn’t switch off, or you’re tired of coping but not actually feeling better. I offer counselling and hypnotherapy in Nottingham and online across the UK, specialising in anxiety, overthinking, and support for teenagers and adults who want practical, real-world change. Specialising in young adults navigating life transitions, feeling stuck and identity.

Additional information

I understand that therapy is an investment and I do my best to make it an affordable option. I offer many payment options on my website, and require payment 24 hours in advance of each session.

The normal rate is £55.00 per session, with discounts available for block booking (see website for details)

I offer a concessionary rate of £35.00 per session for low income/benefits

I also offer a Pay it Forward Scheme which allows me to offer free therapy to the most vulnerable teenagers in the locality.

Further information

My style is practical, non-judgemental, and (whisper it) occasionally funny, because I firmly believe therapy doesn't have to be all deep sighs and tissue boxes to be effective. I blend CBT, person-centred and psychodynamic approaches plus hypnotherapy if it's your thing into something that actually fits you, rather than squeezing you into one method because it's the only tool I own.

No incense. No "just breathe through it." No woo. Just a safe, confidential space, a good dose of humanity, and the tools to help you find your way back to yourself.

If that sounds like your kind of therapy, I offer a free consultation let's see if we're a good fit before you commit to anything.
