About me

BRAND NEW SERVICE - SINGLE SESSION THERAPY (SST) - STARTING NOW!!  A new immediate, innovative and successful way of providing therapy - NO waiting lists involved!  Please phone or email for advice and information - 07712 465545.

COVID has had a tremendous impact upon the mental health of some people who are experiencing difficult, severe or enduring life situations. This includes our key workers, health care professionals and medical staff.  When NHS lists cannot be tolerated any longer consider getting in touch with me.  When you believe that your mental wellness is your biggest priority, your ready to begin therapy.

I have been a Counsellor and CBT professional for 16 years. I'm happy to share my wellness toolbox with you to make you feel, think and behave better, to recover and enjoy your life again with those who matter the most to you.

I am offering a variety of communication platforms (zoom, Skype, phone) with the exception of face to face.  Sessions last 50 minutes to an hour and fees are reasonable.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy or CBT is a scientifically tested therapy approach which focuses on creating positive change in the here and now. It is a powerful approach and can help to create lasting alternative and healthier ways to think, feel and behave.  I have many success stories in my repertoire of therapy outcomes.  Single Session Therapy (SST) integrates the various approaches I use; CBT, Humanistic, Psychodynamic, TA, Solution Focused, ACT, Inner Child, there is so much on offer.

"I believe we all have a right to be heard - once that quiet inner VOICE within us feels and believes it is sufficiently safe, strong and confident, then it is ready to speak out and 'be'.  And when it does, it will set you free..."

I am a skilled and very experienced counsellor; you will feel heard, achieve clarity, be understood and most of all you will become SELF AWARE with an ability to understand your own processes.  Empowering stuff!

Additionally, I am a Counselling Supervisor for qualified counsellors only.

"Thank you for reading my profile...."

Member organisations

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy

BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.

Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.

All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
