About me

Welcome to my profile!  I am a qualified counsellor working in the Mid-Ulster area where I am currently working in private practice, having spent many years working in and managing the counselling service in a local GP medical practice, and I also have extensive experience working with adolescents in post primary schools.  My goal as a therapist is to help clients embrace their authentic selves, foster meaningful relationships, and improve their quality of life. In my practice, I work to create a safe and accepting environment that values the unique personality, lifestyle, and goals of the individual.  My private counselling service is founded on clinical excellence informed by up to date research.

Having a safe space to talk with someone who will listen to your needs without judging you, in complete confidence, can be a powerful way to unravel issues either from the past or in the present that may be troubling you.

I am passionate about my work as well as the long term benefits of "talking therapies" and am committed to making a difference to my clients' lives.

Please feel free to contact me for an appointment.
