About me
I am a BACP registered Humanistic Integrative counsellor based in Sussex. I am qualified and experienced in delivering counselling in person and on-line with an option to combine both, when travelling or feeling unwell or when face to face sessions are not practical for you.
I believe that feeling truly heard is the first step towards making positive changes in your life.
I have experience supporting adult male and female clients of all ages and backgrounds, addressing a broad spectrum of concerns such as anxiety, depression, OCD, stress, low self-esteem, loneliness, relationship challenges, chronic pain and other difficulties.
I am interested in people and my focus is always on offering compassionate support so my clients can feel understood, valued and empowered to move forward.

I see clients in person in Cuckfield (located near Haywards Heath and also 10 minutes from A23) and in central Horsham.
As a BACP registered counsellor I work ethically and within my competence. I recognise that building trust takes time, and my approach is primarily client-led, which means that I tailor the pace of the therapy to your comfort. In our sessions, you're free to share without fear of judgement or rejection. I cultivate a safe, caring and respectful environment while gently challenging you, encouraging personal exploration.
Beyond my professional endeavours, I am deeply devoted to my family and therefore intimately familiar with the intricacies and challenges inherent in balancing professional and personal life. Drawing from this insight, I am able to offer support to individuals navigating relationship complexities, parenting challenges and significant life transitions.
How I work
By integrating various approaches, methods, and theories, I can more effectively meet your specific needs.
As a Humanistic counsellor I believe in the power of self-discovery and the innate potential within each person. My personal experiences of adaptation and resilience provide me with a unique perspective on life. I am deeply attuned to the complexities of cultural and personal identity.
I am looking forward to hear from you and address any enquiries you may have. Feel free to reach out to me via text message, phone, or email.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.

Sessions and fees
For new clients, I offer a complimentary 30-minute initial phone or video consultation. During this consultation we will be able to talk about what brings you to counselling and can decide if I might be the right counsellor for you.
Subsequent sessions are typically held weekly, maintaining a consistent day and time slot.
