About me

Talking and being truly listened to can be the start of a new way of understanding yourself - an invitation to gently unpack your experiences, explore different perspectives, and reflect on how past events shape your interactions and views.

Sometimes, a safe and accepting space simply to share your thoughts and feelings, even if it’s just to unburden, can bring a sense of relief and clarity. Therapy offers just that: a place where your story is valued, your emotions are respected, and you are welcomed without judgement or comparison.

If you are feeling weighed down by pressures or unsure of the way forward, therapy can help you make sense of your experiences and bring about a sense of emotional and practical relief. Each session is a space to process the ups and downs of life, to dig deeper into what stands in your way, and to discover new possibilities for growth and contentment

Together, we may look at longstanding patterns, deepen your self-understanding, develop new ways to face difficulties, and explore what matters to you and how you relate to yourself and those around you.

Training, qualifications & experience

As a qualified integrative counsellor and psychotherapist - with experience in both public and private sectors as well as international expat and corporate settings - I offer flexible, evidence-based support tailored to each client's unique needs.

My practice draws on various therapeutic modalities such as cognitive behavioural therapy, solution-focused therapy, motivational interviewing, and humanistic approaches, helping clients address a wide range of difficulties including anxiety, depression, bereavement and loss, addiction, trauma, burnout, personal development and more.

My work is informed by a strong academic background including an MSc in Organisational Psychology and BSc in Psychology, alongside professional counselling training and registration with the BACP.

Sessions are available in both Polish and English.

I am committed to integrating the latest research in counselling psychology, coaching, positive and social psychology, neuroscience, and organisational wellbeing to support emotional resilience, and mental health - whether you seek personal growth, coping strategies, or help navigating life's transitions towards emotional competence.

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy
Accredited Register Scheme

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.

Further information

Therapy is a personal journey of self-discovery, where you become both the student and the subject of your own understanding. It’s a chance to learn about who you are, why you respond in certain ways, and how you might intentionally grow or reframe challenges.

Therapy adapts to you, moving at your pace and focusing on what is needed most in your life right now. In this supportive setting, you are encouraged to explore, process, and heal, always recognising your own strengths and drawing upon your inner resources step by step.
