About me

People often come to me feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or worn down by patterns that don’t seem to shift — even when they’ve tried hard to make changes. This can be linked to anxiety, low mood, addiction, relationship difficulties, trauma, or difficult childhood experiences that still affect how life feels now.

My style is down-to-earth, warm, and direct. I’m interested in what’s really going on for you — not just the symptoms, but the experiences and ways of coping that developed over time. Therapy with me is about making sense of what you’ve lived through and finding ways forward that feel grounded, realistic, and right for you.

I work with adults and people in relationships, and I’m particularly comfortable working with experiences that feel complex or hard to name. This includes issues around trauma, porn and sex addiction, mental health, shame, and difficult childhood experiences. Working with me, you can expect a human, thoughtful approach without jargon, where we take things at a pace that feels manageable.

I work exclusively online, supporting clients across the UK, and many people find this offers flexibility and privacy while still allowing for deep, meaningful work.

Training, qualifications & experience

I'm a registered psychotherapist and relationship and group facilitator accredited by the UKCP. I am also registered with the Gender Intelligence Network for Therapists and Counsellors.

UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP)

The UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) is a leading professional body for the education, training and regulation of psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors. Its register is accredited by the government's Professional Standards Authority.

As part of its commitment to protect the public, it works to improve access to psychotherapy, to support and disseminate research, to improve standards and to respond effectively to complaints against its members.

UKCP standards cover the range of different psychotherapies. Registration is obtained by training or accrediting with one of its member organisations, or by holding a European Certificate in Psychotherapy. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
