About me
If you're a highly sensitive person (HSP) you've probably spent years trying to keep up with a pace that wasn't designed for you. Pushing past your limits, ignoring your body's signals, forcing yourself through environments that leave you depleted and chronically stressed. Maybe you started to develop chronic pain, migraines, digestive issues, exhaustion or other symptoms that don't seem to respond to any kind of treatment. If you want to learn to regulate your highly sensitive nervous system, heal from trauma patterns, break free from chronic stress and overwhelm, to create a sustainable and deeply meaningful life, you're in the right place.
I work specifically with highly sensitive people experiencing burnout, nervous system dysregulation and stress-induced physical symptoms. My approach combines somatic psychotherapy, mind-body medicine, nervous system regulation and mindful self-compassion to help you reconnect with your sensitivity as a gift.
If you're tired of just managing symptoms and ready to address what's actually keeping you stuck, I'd be glad to talk. Book a free 15-minute call and we'll see if this feels like the right fit. There's no pressure - just a conversation about what you're experiencing and whether my approach might help.
