About me
I’m a qualified counsellor, and I offer a space where we can think together about what you’re experiencing, how it’s affecting you, and support you in finding a way forward. My work is grounded in psychosynthesis, a model that integrates psychological understanding with a broader view of human potential.
My practice is based on the belief that therapy is not about fixing what is “wrong”, but about creating space to understand your inner experience more fully. From this place of awareness, change can begin to emerge in a way that feels meaningful and sustainable.
I work with adults facing a range of difficulties, including anxiety, low mood, identity questions, relationship challenges, and life transitions. I also have an interest in working with trauma, attachment patterns, and the impact of early relational experiences on present-day life.
My approach is informed by attachment theory and an awareness of how early experiences shape patterns of relating to self and others. I support clients in recognising these patterns, developing greater self-awareness, and finding new ways of responding that feel more aligned with who they are.
Alongside my counselling training, I have a background in psychology, coaching, and yoga. This allows me to work with both the psychological and embodied aspects of experience, where appropriate, supporting clients to reconnect with themselves not only through reflection, but also through awareness of the body.
I aim to offer a space that is steady, respectful, and attuned. I work at a pace that feels manageable, recognising that each person’s process is different. Therapy with me is collaborative. We explore what brings you to therapy, what you are finding difficult, and what you may be seeking expression or change.
I offer sessions in person in London and online.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.

Further information
Like many people, I have also experienced periods of uncertainty, loss, and transition. Living between cultures and languages shaped my understanding of identity, belonging, and change.
These experiences deepened my interest in how we make sense of ourselves and how we find steadiness during difficult times. They continue to inform the way I sit with clients, with an awareness that each person’s story carries its own complexity and meaning.
I offer both short-term and open-ended therapy, depending on your needs. I aim to provide a consistent and confidential space where you can explore what brings you to therapy at your own pace.
If you are unsure about starting therapy, we can begin with an initial conversation to think together about what you are looking for and whether this way of working feels right for you.
