About me
I have worked with people in various different settings; people from different countries, cultures, families, beliefs and identities. This has broadened my interest and understanding of human experience, and confirmed for me that every therapeutic process should consider all individual and social factors that affect who we are and the difficulties we experience.
You might be wondering.. where to start? How does the session work? There is no rule, really. You may bring whatever is on your mind, as serious or random as it may seem, and we'll start connecting the dots. Each person has their own pace and style.
I offer a space to wonder together about what and how you might be feeling. How did you get here, and where to go now. Ultimately, to get curious with you about who you are and what you want.
Training, qualifications & experience
- Ba Psychology
- MSc Cognitive Neuropsychology
- PGDip Counselling and Human Relations
I work with adults and young people (+16). (English/Spanish languages)
My interests and experience revolve around childhood trauma, abuse or difficult experiences that might be impacting the present (for the mind, time isn't chronological). I work with anxiety, depression, low mood, sense of a lack of direction, figuring out your identity, and the issues that may be attached to these.
My practice is gender informed. It is essential to me to give people's expression of their identity and sexuality the place they deserve.
I also have a multicultural background, which has enabled me to accompany clients from different backgrounds, traditions and ideas.
Member organisations

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
