If you are struggling with stress, general anxiety or feeling sad and have experienced panic attacks and need someone to talk to then counselling could help.
I am a 51 year old wife and mother, who has in the past sought counselling to help me through difficult times in my life. Through the training I have undertaken I am now in the privileged position to offer a professional counselling service for anyone looking at making the sometimes difficult decision to seek help.
I offer you a safe space to explore your thoughts and feelings in a non-judgemental environment. The service I offer is professional and confidential based on a person centred approach.Whatever we do, we do together, we will go at your pace. It can take time to feel safe enough to let someone in.
Beginning therapy is a really positive step towards moving your life forward and making changes that will make a real difference.
I am a professionally qualified counsellor and a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP), working with adults and young people.
I charge a discounted fee for the first session; this gives us a chance to meet and see if we both think I could be helpful to you. We can explore what you are hoping to gain from counselling and then discuss if you wish to take up future sessions.
