About me
I am a psychotherapist working with individuals and couples. I offer you a safe non-judgemental space to be heard in confidence. I will work alongside you and help you to gain clarity in regards to your concerns or issues that may be holding you back in life and within relationship/s.
I have many years of experience working with depression, anxiety , addiction, loss and relationships. This incorporates affairs, breakdowns and separation. It may be that you have just experienced a traumatic or unexpected life event. Perhaps you feel your concerns are related to significant deep rooted, unresolved past issues. Together we can explore your feelings and struggles. We can think together about self worth, self esteem and confidence.
I offer therapy based in
Holloway N7
Fitzrovia/Oxford/Warren Street tube
Kings Cross
Southgate N14
Enfield EN2,
Winchmore Hill N21
I work alongside the client, in their time, in order to understand their concerns. This may include incorporating CBT into the work. This may be short term, focused sessions (6-12 weeks) or ongoing open ended work.
Alongside my private practice I consult for a counselling service in Enfield, North London as an assessor, and therapist, both for individuals and couples. I work together with clients and help them to gain awareness on how their past may have impacted their present life and thus be a contributing factor in their current difficulties. This work is open ended.
I work with the bereaved and those faced with debilitating illnesses. I have worked as a Bereavement Counsellor for Tge North London Hospice working with the bereaved, disabled and terminally ill.
I abide by the BACP code of ethics. I have ongoing supervision and fulfil requirements regarding continuing personal development.
I am also able to offer telephone, online and Skype counselling.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred).
Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision.
Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training.
All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
