Further information
Alongside my private practice, I bring extensive experience working within high-demand, high-responsibility environments, supporting individuals who are often managing significant pressure both professionally and personally.
Many of the clients I work with are high-functioning and outwardly coping, yet internally may be experiencing anxiety, overwhelm, burnout, or a sense of being stuck. Therapy offers a space to pause, gain clarity, and begin to make sense of these experiences.
I understand the challenges of balancing work, family, and personal expectations, particularly when you are used to being the one others rely on. My approach is both compassionate and practical, helping you to better understand your patterns, regulate stress, and make meaningful, sustainable changes.
In addition to one-to-one therapy, I offer wellbeing workshops and talks for organisations, focusing on areas such as:
- Managing stress and preventing burnout
- Building emotional resilience
- Understanding anxiety and performance pressure
- Supporting mental well-being in the workplace
If you are an organisation looking to support your team, or an individual seeking a confidential and professional space to talk, you are welcome to get in touch.
