About me
I am a Psychosexual and Relationship Therapist with an MSc in Psychology. In my work as a GSRD (Gender, Sexuality, Relationship Diversity) affirming and culturally sensitive practitioner, I aim to create a non-judgmental, supportive space where I encourage openness and honesty, embracing diversity and uniqueness of my clients. I apply a pluralistic approach.
I primarily work with people struggling with sexual compulsivity (often misunderstood as sex addiction), but also help couples and individuals with psychosexual and relationship struggles. I adopt a range of diverse, evidence-based and client-focused interventions whilst maintaining my core belief of therapeutic alliance.
Training, qualifications & experience
I studied Psychotherapy at Regent’s University and have completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Clinical Sexology at Contemporary Institute of Clinical Sexology in Cambridge. My prior occupation as a teacher has sparked my passion for further studying of human behaviour and lifelong development. I undertook a two-year student placement in Harley Street, where I had a chance to acquire skills to work with individuals and couples struggling with compulsive sexual behaviour and relationship difficulties.

What to expect after contacting me?
After receiving an enquiry from you I would typically respond within 1-3 days offering a brief introductory video call which would be aimed at clarifying what type of therapy would be best suited and addressing any questions you may have. This also provides you with an opportunity to assess whether working together feels right.
What to expect in our first session?
The first session typically involves a range of targeted questions to determine any contributing factors to your struggle. Based on that, I would propose the course and intensity of the therapy process tailored to your needs. However the ultimate decision regarding the length and frequency remains with you.
After the first session I would request you to sign a therapeutic contract which sets out the details of working together.
Potential courses of therapy
Some of my clients feel comfortable with time-limited arrangement followed by review sessions during which we discuss the progress made and decide whether to continue the process. However, most of my clients opt for an open-ended process.
