About me
I grew up in Poland where I graduated with a Masters degree in Arts, after moving to Scotland I retrained as a counsellor.
My origins provide me with a wide cultural perspective supporting my work with people from various backgrounds. I am passionate about therapy as an opportunity to define experiences and emotions through partnership with clients in achieving insight, transformation and healing. In my therapeutic work, I am using my academic knowledge and I draw from my personal experience of depression, loss and trauma.
If you are interested in starting your therapeutic journey, please reach out to schedule an initial consultation. Together, we can explore how I can support you in achieving the changes you wish for.
I am a BACP registered Counsellor and I work in Person-Centered therapeutic orientation. My counselling services are available online and via telephone and I am working with adult individuals.
Being a Person-Centered counsellor I focus on your unique experiences and provide a non-judgemental, safe and confidential therapy. I am here to support you in exploring your inner resources to come up with a resolution tailored for you.
If you feel stressed by your work, find making decisions difficult, feel overwhelmed or anxious not knowing why, you can find help in counselling. Together we can look into the causes of your issues and together we can explore potential changes you can and want to make. We can work towards defining a path in life you want to follow, work on doubts about your professional and personal choices, and discuss the best ways to support your personal growth.
I offer flexible online sessions via video conferencing and phone calls both in English and Polish, making therapy accessible from anywhere in the UK.
While contacting me via the Counselling Directory form please let me know when it would be best to call you and provide me with your email address so I can send you a therapeutic contract and some more details regarding my work.
The first session can be easy for you or more complex, depending on the situation you are in. As starting therapy might feel disheartening I will create a safe and supportive space for you to explore your concerns. It might take between 20 and 30 minutes and it is a room for us to discuss what are your therapy aims, answer any questions you may have and if we are a good fit.

Member organisations

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
