Magdalena Gamrat - UKCP Registered TA Psychotherapist, MSc Psychology
About me
I am qualified Psychotherapist trained in Transactional Analysis.
I have over 15 years of practice in working with people experiencing a range of various life difficulties.
As a counsellor, I believe that each of us has an ultimate right and potency to live a satisfying life. For some reasons, in order to protect ourselves we ignore, decline or discount these rights - we don't permit ourselves to use them. I am interested in supporting you in getting more insight and knowledge about yourself to help you live a more fulfilling and creative life.
I can help you with a range of problems, such as:
- Difficulties in relating with others
- Depression, anxiety, emotional pain
- Stress related to work, life decisions and changes
- Grief and bereavement
- Relationship difficulties
- Low self-esteem and confidence
- Trauma, Abuse
- Dissociative Identity Disorder
I bring to my work sensitivity, humour and appreciation of the natural world. I think that we change gradually and have unexplored parts just like nature. I offer you my genuine interest in the uniqueness of an individual story and dedication to the journey of discovery.
