About me

I am an accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist supporting adults with their mental health and emotional wellbeing. Since 2008, I have worked with people facing a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and the impact of traumatic experiences.

I also support individuals adjusting to significant life changes, such as becoming a new parent or coping with a health condition.

My aim is to offer thoughtful, evidence-based support in a way that feels understanding, practical, and tailored to you.

Our early relationships play an important role in how we see ourselves and connect with others.

When those early experiences felt unpredictable, distant, or painful, they can influence how we relate in adulthood, affecting our relationships, confidence, and emotions.

Using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) I help clients to understand how their thoughts, emotions and behaviours interact. Together we identify unhelpful patterns and create practical tools to help them manage challenges, build resilience and make meaningful change. In my practice I integrate third wave approaches such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR).

I offer a passionate and caring environment grounded in empathy, respect, and understanding. Therapy is a collaborative process, where we work together to support meaningful change in a way that feels right for you because everyone deserves to lead a life worth living not just existing.

All sessions are delivered online, offering flexibility and convenience to fit into your lifestyle.
