About me
Are you feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or weighed down by persistent worry or sadness? You’re not alone, and you don’t have to navigate this journey by yourself. I specialize in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), a proven, practical approach to help individuals manage depression and anxiety disorders effectively. Together, we’ll explore the patterns of thought and behaviour that may be holding you back and develop tools to create meaningful change in your life.
My goal is to provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you feel truly heard and supported. Whether you’re struggling with constant worry, feelings of hopelessness, depression, or difficulty managing day-to-day stress, I am here to help you reclaim a sense of balance and confidence.
Taking the first step toward therapy can be challenging, but it’s also an act of courage and self-care. If you’re ready to make positive changes and regain control of your emotional health, I’m here to help.
I am currently available for Online Video sessions Monday-Friday mornings or evenings. Weekends can be available upon request. If you have particular requirements please get in contact and let’s discuss how I can support you.
I offer a short (15-20 minute) telephone consultation to determine if we are the right fit, free of charge. E-mail me to arrange a consultation!

BABCP also provides accreditation for CBT therapists. BABCP accredited members adhere to the Standards of Conduct, Performance and Ethics in the Practice of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies, and are willing to be scrutinised in this adherence as required.
