Lyn Hayward Dip. Couns. MBACP(Accred) MNCS(Snr. Accred)
Choosing the right counsellor for you is an important first step of your journey to a happier future. I am able to offer you non judgemental and caring support throughout this unique experience in a safe and confidential environment.
My core belief is that each person who chooses counselling is a unique individual with their own unique problem. Seldom do we as individuals take time out of our busy lives to sit down and talk to someone who will listen.
I am a qualified Counsellor and I believe that in building a strong and trusting relationship with my clients it will enable them to feel safe and supported whilst discussing and exploring the issues that they have chosen to bring to the counselling room. I specialise in working with people who want to improve the quality of their life.
Having worked in a busy medical practice for some years I have found that many issues that are brought to counselling involve loss of some kind. Loss can involve losing a friend, a family pet, a job, good health, a relationship, a family member, control of eating or drinking, self esteem, and confidence.
