About me

Hi,

I am a registered accredited (UKCP) Psychotherapist & Counsellor with experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. All of my clients are unique,  and so is my approach to therapy. I utilise a humanistic and integrated approach, which means I tailor my techniques to fit the individual needs of each of my clients. The approach ensures a holistic, compassionate, therapeutic experience promoting growth and emotional well-being. Addressing the emotional, mental and relational aspects of each of my clients.

I have experience working with grief and loss, trauma, anxiety, depression, neurodiversity and relationship issues. My passion is to help my clients navigate complex emotions associated with their presenting issues and to develop healthy coping mechanisms.

I am friendly, empathetic, and compassionate, and understand the unique challenges that many people face. I aim to provide a safe, nurturing environment where my clients can explore their emotions, develop resilience, and thrive. Creating a trusting and non-judgemental space is at the core of my practice.
