About me

Hi, I’m Lucy, let’s navigate life’s challenges together

Life can throw a lot at us, and sometimes it helps to have someone in your corner.

With over 15 years of experience as a counsellor, I’m here to offer that support. My private practice in Evesham is a welcoming space where you can talk freely about whatever’s on your mind.

How can I help?

Trauma & PTSD: If past experiences are still casting a shadow over your life, let’s work together to help you process and heal

Bereavement: Losing someone you care about is never easy. I’m here to walk alongside you as you navigate your grief, at your own pace.

Anxiety & Depression: Struggling with anxiety or depression can feel isolating, but you don’t have to go through it alone. We’ll explore ways to manage these feelings and work towards brighter days.

Work-Related Stress: Work stress can really take its toll, can’t it? Together, we’ll find strategies to help you handle the pressures of work and bring some balance back to your life.

I truly believe that there’s no one-size-fits-all approach to counselling. Everyone’s story is different, and that’s why I tailor our sessions to fit your unique needs. Whether you’re dealing with something big, like trauma, or just feeling overwhelmed by life’s everyday challenges, I’m here to listen and help you find a way forward.

Why choose me?

15 Years of Experience: I’ve spent over a decade helping people just like you through a wide range of challenges

Warm & Understanding: I offer a compassionate, non-judgmental space where you can be yourself.

Tailored Support: Our sessions will be all about you – your needs, your pace, your goals.

I know that reaching out for help can feel like a big step, but it’s a positive one. If you’re ready to explore how counselling might make a difference in your life, I’m here to help you.

The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred).

Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision.

Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training.

All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
