About me

I'm an Integrative Psychotherapist based in East London. I am very experienced working with anxiety in adults aged 18-35 and understand the unique challenges they may face. I offer sessions remotely or in person.

If you're reading this, you may be feeling that your life doesn't align with what you want. Starting the journey to address painful issues or express neglected parts of yourself can be overwhelming. Whether it's a specific short-term problem or ongoing difficulties, therapy provides an opportunity for authentic self-expression and positive change.

Therapy conversations differ from those with friends or family, offering a unique chance to learn how to feel better and live in a new way. I believe in collaborative change, where our sessions are led by you and supported by me.

As an 'Integrative Therapist,' I blend various ideas and techniques from Humanistic Psychotherapy, Narrative Therapy, CBT, and Solution Focused Therapy. I am a full accredited member of the UKCP.

My approach involves providing understanding and introspection, alongside proactive tools for change. I create a safe space for diverse experiences and I’m at ease working with worries about relationships, sex and dating. I bring an approachable, conversational style to address a variety of issues, including:

  • Relationships and dating, including dating apps
  • Worries about sex
  • OCD
  • Anxiety, including social anxiety
  • Worries about social media
  • Feeling depressed
  • Family relationships
  • Divorce
  • Worries about work
  • Wanting to move on from the past

If you would like to talk further about therapy please feel free to get in touch. I offer a free, no obligation, 15 minute phone consultation to all prospective clients.
