About me
I’m an integrative therapist based in Dunstable, working in-person, by phone and online, as well as walk-and-talk sessions. I offer short and long term counselling and psychotherapy to adults and young people.
Making that first step to ask for support can feel overwhelming. You may be wondering if talking to a therapist can really make a difference, in my experience, it truly can.
People come to counselling and psychotherapy for a wide variety of reasons. Whether it’s because of feeling stuck, relationship difficulties, depression, anxiety, stress, anger, parenting concerns, loss and change, bereavement, a life crisis, low self-esteem, or personal development.
Whatever the reasons, I firmly believe that a therapeutic relationship can help to navigate these more challenging times. It provides a space to gain new insights and a deeper self-understanding, which can transform how you see yourself, enrich your life, and deepen your connections with others. Working at a pace that feels right for you, I offer a confidential, non-judgemental and supportive space for you to talk through what’s on your mind.
