About me

Real change starts with awareness — how thoughts shape emotions, and emotions shape behaviour. I help you notice the patterns running quietly in the background, then build practical, lasting ways to shift them. Warm, honest, no jargon.

I'm less interested in quick fixes than in the gap between what we think we should feel and what we actually feel — and what tends to happen when that gap goes unexamined for too long. Most of the people I work with aren't "broken." They're stuck in patterns of thought that once made sense and have quietly stopped serving them.

My approach draws on cognitive and humanistic ways of working, but in the room it looks less like a formula and more like a conversation — one where I'm genuinely curious about how you experience things, not just what's "wrong."

A small story, if you'll indulge me: my first ever client was a wolf (long story). After a few sessions together, he joked that he'd become an "aware wolf." It's stuck with me ever since — because that's really what this work comes down to. Not fixing people, but helping them become aware of themselves in a way that makes change possible.

If that sounds like the kind of conversation you're looking for, I'd be glad to talk.
