About me

Hello, and thank you for taking the time to visit my profile. Reaching out for counselling can feel like a big step, and I want to reassure you that you don’t have to go through this alone.

I am a pluralistic counsellor, which means I believe there is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. Instead, I work collaboratively with you to find the methods and strategies that best suit your unique needs, preferences, and goals.

I offer support for a range of difficulties, including anxiety, depression, and low self-esteem, and I have a particular interest in chronic pain management and the connection between emotional wellbeing and weight management. Many people find that challenges with food, body image, and self-confidence are deeply linked with how they feel emotionally. Together, we can explore these patterns in a safe, compassionate space and work towards creating lasting, positive change.

My aim is to help you feel understood, supported, and empowered to take steps that feel right for you. Whether you want to manage anxiety more effectively, improve your relationship with yourself, or simply find more balance in your life, I will walk alongside you at your own pace.

Counselling is a space where you can pause, reflect, and begin to build a sense of clarity and resilience. If you feel ready to take that first step, I would be honoured to support you on your path towards improved wellbeing.

I have a particular interest in supporting people living with persistent pain conditions, including fibromyalgia, endometriosis, chronic migraine, pelvic pain, autoimmune conditions and musculoskeletal pain. I understand that many people  have experienced years of feeling unheard or misunderstood before receiving the support they deserve. My aim is to provide a compassionate, validating and collaborative therapeutic space where you feel listened to as a whole person, not simply as a diagnosis.

As a Mindfulness Facilitator, I guide individuals in cultivating awareness, presence, and compassion through evidence-based mindfulness practices. My approach emphasises creating a safe, supportive space where clients can reconnect with themselves, develop emotional resilience, and respond to life’s challenges with greater clarity and calm. I integrate mindfulness principles into the therapeutic process to enhance wellbeing, reduce stress, and foster a deeper sense of balance and purpose.
