About me
Hello, I am delighted to be able to offer one to one psychotherapy sessions in person or online. I work with adults, children and young people. If you are struggling with low mood, anxiety, panic attacks or trauma, I would love to help you overcome these difficulties. Feelings of depression and anxiety can be very distressing and isolating, you may be thinking that life will always be this way, but it doesn't have to be. You can learn ways to manage your anxiety, improve your mood and overcome trauma so you can lead a happier, more fulfilling life.
