About me
I am a counsellor based in Exeter. I work in private practice from my comfortable garden room.
It’s good to talk. Voicing your issues and what is going on for you can be the first step to understanding your struggles, worries, confusion or pain.
Are you struggling with something? Is there something you would like to understand about yourself? Are you feeling stuck? Are you feeling alone?
I will be by your side and guide you through your journey, whatever that might be.
Training, qualifications & experience
My background has been 20 years working within Children and Young People’s Services. I have worked for several family supportive organisations and charities as a counsellor. I am a parent and fully understand the challenges that parenting can bring.
I have worked with grief and bereavement, anxiety, depression, family dynamics and conflict, parenting difficulties and challenges, marital problems, divorce and separation, abuse, emotional issues, decision-making, mindfulness and relaxation, self-esteem, stress and trauma.
