About me
I am a UKCP-registered psychotherapist with several years' experience offering one-to-one therapy for adults aged 18 and over. I work both short-term and long-term, depending on your needs. Sessions take place in my therapy room in Haggerston/Dalston, Hackney, East London, or online.
My practice is grounded in the Person-Centred approach. At its heart is the belief that, deep down, you already hold an inner wisdom about what you need and what matters most to you. My role is to support and empower you to listen to your own inner world - including thoughts, emotions and your bodily felt-sense - so that clarity can begin to emerge.
For many of us, access to this inner knowing can feel blocked. Over time we may have absorbed judgments, expectations, or messages from others that leave us feeling conflicted, unsure, or disconnected from ourselves. Therapy can offer a space to explore and work through these internal tensions.
I have experience working sensitively with numerous issues, including anxiety, depression, self-esteem, emotional neglect, grief, bodily experiences of pain and discomfort and more. But we can explore any issue as each one is unique according to your personal experience and what it means for you.
I aim to provide a warm, accepting, and non-judgmental environment where you can feel safe exploring whatever is troubling you at a pace that feels right for you. Working together, we can begin to untangle what feels stuck, reconnect you with your inner sense of direction, and support you in moving towards the person you want to become.

Member organisations
school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
The UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) is a leading professional body for the education, training and regulation of psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors. Its register is accredited by the government's Professional Standards Authority.
As part of its commitment to protect the public, it works to improve access to psychotherapy, to support and disseminate research, to improve standards and to respond effectively to complaints against its members.
UKCP standards cover the range of different psychotherapies. Registration is obtained by training or accrediting with one of its member organisations, or by holding a European Certificate in Psychotherapy. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
