About me
Hi, I'm Louise, I’m a qualified integrative counsellor with a CPCAB Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling, working with adults, children and young people.
My approach is integrative, with person-centred therapy at its core, allowing me to adapt how I work to meet your individual needs. I have experience supporting clients with a range of life’s challenges, including anxiety, trauma, relationship difficulties, neurodiversity and grief.
I believe that a strong therapeutic relationship is at the heart of effective counselling. I offer a warm, compassionate and non-judgemental space where you can feel safe to explore whatever is going on for you. Together, we can make sense of your experiences and support your personal growth and healing at a pace that feels right for you.
If you feel ready to begin, you’re welcome to get in touch for an initial conversation.

Further information
Sessions are available face-to-face in the Ross-on-Wye area, as well as online and by telephone.
I offer both short-term and longer-term counselling, depending on what feels most helpful for you. In our first session, we can talk about what’s brought you to counselling and get a sense of whether working together feels right. There’s no pressure to continue beyond this.
If you’re thinking about therapy for yourself or your child, you’re very welcome to get in touch. We can have an initial conversation to explore what you’re looking for and whether I’m the right person to support you.
