About me
Many of the women I work with appear to be coping on the outside, but inside they feel anxious, overwhelmed, and exhausted. They’ve spent years pushing through, looking after everyone else, and ignoring their own needs until their body or mind starts to say, “enough.” You might be struggling with anxiety, burnout, low confidence, or a difficult relationship, and feel stuck in patterns you can’t seem to break. My role is to help you slow things down, understand what’s really going on beneath the surface, and support you to rebuild your energy, confidence, and sense of self.
I work with women who are used to being the strong one the one who keeps everything together at work, at home, and in their relationships. Over time, this pressure can lead to anxiety, emotional exhaustion, poor boundaries, and a loss of direction. Many of my clients come to me during periods of change, such as menopause, relationship difficulties, career stress, or major life transitions, when their usual ways of coping are no longer working.
My approach goes beyond traditional talking therapy. I combine counselling and coaching with practical, body-based tools to help regulate your nervous system and address the root causes of stress and anxiety. This might include exploring unhelpful patterns, building healthier boundaries, developing self-compassion, and making realistic lifestyle or supplement changes where appropriate. The aim is not just to help you cope, but to help you feel calmer, stronger, and more in control of your life.
Sessions are supportive, practical, and down to earth. You won’t be judged, rushed, or expected to have all the answers. Instead, we work together to understand what’s been holding you back and create small, meaningful changes that build confidence and momentum over time.
Clients often come to me feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from themselves. Over time, they tend to experience increased energy, clearer thinking, improved self-trust, and healthier relationships both with others and with themselves.
If you’re feeling anxious, burnt out, or simply not like yourself anymore, you don’t have to figure it all out alone. With the right support, things can start to feel very different.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.

Further information
Sessions are relaxed, supportive and down to earth. I work in a practical, collaborative way, helping you understand what is really going on beneath your anxiety, stress or burnout, and giving you tools you can use in everyday life.
Rather than just talking about problems, we focus on gentle, realistic changes that help you feel calmer, more confident and more in control. This may include boundary work, nervous system regulation techniques, mindset tools, and simple lifestyle or supplement suggestions where appropriate.
I offer sessions online for clients across the UK, as well as in person from my private, comfortable garden therapy room. The space is quiet, confidential and separate from the main house, creating a safe and relaxed environment for our work together.
