About me
Reaching out for therapy can feel like a big step, and finding the right therapist is an important part of that journey. My aim is to offer a space where you feel genuinely accepted, listened to, and understood—a space where you don't have to hide parts of yourself or worry about being judged.
I believe that every person has their own unique story. Our experiences shape the way we think, feel, and relate to ourselves and others, which is why I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. Instead, I work collaboratively with you, adapting our sessions to your individual needs, strengths, and goals.
My practice is rooted in person-centred counselling, creating a warm and trusting therapeutic relationship while integrating approaches that best support you. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, low self-esteem, trauma, emotional overwhelm, relationship difficulties, or simply feeling stuck, we can work together to better understand what's happening beneath the surface and help you move towards a life that feels more balanced, authentic, and fulfilling.
As a neurodivergent therapist, I have a particular passion for supporting neurodivergent individuals. I understand the pressure many people feel to mask who they are in order to meet neurotypical expectations. Therapy can be a place where you no longer have to do that. Together, we can explore your strengths, better understand how your mind works, and build a life that feels right for you—not one based on other people's expectations.
Above all, I believe that therapy isn't about fixing who you are—it's about understanding yourself more deeply, recognising your strengths, and finding a way forward that feels authentic and meaningful. My role is to walk alongside you, offering support, insight, and encouragement as you create the changes that matter most to you.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
